IPTelesis is looking for a strong technical leader capable of managing a team of development engineers to deliver a variety of internal and customer-facing applications. This is a mid to senior level position and requires a candidate with strong communications and personal skills, as well as, extensive development process experience in areas related to Web Application Design in both the PHP and .Net arenas, Database Integration Design, and also Voice-XML and Web-Services/SOAP integration. Knowledge of Telecommunications Operational Support Systems (OSS) including Provisoning, Billing, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management and E-Commerce is a significant plus! Human usability interface design and GUI development are also favored.

Specific Skill Set Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent work experience
• Telephony OSS experience preferred
• Development experience in enterprise class web and client/server applications
• Experience with PHP, JAVA, .NET, IIS, and Microsoft C++ & C#, HTML, XML, Web Services/SOAP.
• Strong knowledge in SQL and ability to write complex queries including stored procedure, trigger construction and optimization. 
• Experience with coding, documenting and implementation of applications for telecom products and services preferred.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and have the flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to evaluate priorities, deliver all tasks and change requests on time and to client expectations.
• Desire and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and willingness to transfer expertise and knowledge to colleagues. Work intelligently and effectively with a variety of clients, both internal and external, which include other web developers, programmers, and system administrators
• Ability to translate project scope documents into working systems, with well thought-out interfaces and thoroughly tested underlying code..
• Stay current with existing technologies, while exploring and integrating new, cutting edge techniques, where appropriate.
• Flexibility and dedication to work off-hours, providing on-call support as needed.
